Curiosity Quills Press is hosting a triple photo contest. For Theocracide, you just take a creative picture of glasses. Post it on any social media (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Blog, Tumblr, Photobucket, etc) and send the link to marketing@curiosityquills.com. I’ll be picking the best picture and handing out two gift certificates ($13 at Amazon and $10 at iTunes) as well as any 5 e-books from the Curiosity Quills catalogue! So grab some cool lighting, set an amazing stage, and start snapping computer glasses themed pictures. There are two other photo contests going on at the same time– Sanity Vacuum and Paradise Earth: Day Zero. So you can really reach your photo zen! Check out all the info at the contest page.
In Theocracide everybody wears computer glasses, which scan the world and project what they want to see right over the top of it. So you don’t have to see homeless people, instead you can see prom queens. If you want a hint about the kind of pictures I’ll favor, look at this excerpt from the book. Or just get the e-book.
This contest is also being featured on Bloggerdise!
Here are my entries for the other two photo contests. First, My Paradise Earth: Day Zero photo.
Sufficiently apocalyptic? Okay here’s my The ABACUS Protocol: Sanity Vacuum entry. I think the title says it all.
