13 Shaggoth

I know what you’re thinking, “What in the world is a shaggoth?” And I don’t have an answer for you. In the last version of Warhammer I bought rules for, the Beastmen army had this new uber-monster nobody had ever heard of. My friend had a Beastmen army. But when we looked at the crazy half-dragon/half-giant we thought it was too goofy to justify blowing that much money on. (By then Warhammer was making the big models in plastic, too. I’m okay with plastic models, but only if the price tag reflects it.) I had picked up some spare parts for Albion giants. We made one into a giant and took the top half of the other and stuck it on some long dragon neck pieces I had laying around. Considering this thing is made entirely out of spare parts and saved us about sixty bucks for a model that only sees game time once in a blue moon, I’d say it was a success.
